I can’t pretend to understand this trade war thing. What is interesting is Canada is basically owned by China, industry, real estate, etc. (some would say politicians), so this is primarily a good reason for Carney to say our relationship with the USA has changed. How could it not since Trump is in a trade war now with China exclusively? Does this mean we don’t have to go to war with China as the Americans seem headed towards? We’ll just be going to war in the middle east and/or the Ukraine I guess. Who knows what it all means. I don’t even know why I’m writing these things. People know. I don’t. I’m just rambling. But it sure would have been nice to know, since we’re going into an election, which of our politicians were accused of Chinese influence; ruled innocent mistakes by those who investigated. So we don’t need to know who was a traitor apparently, just who was so darn gullible and/or not smart? So we might decide not to vote for them perhaps. I dunno. I just dunno. I have to stop watching this political scene. I just want to know how it is that protecting the environment with green initiatives somehow comes with world wars? How does that work?
