It’s all about feelings now. Feelings are all that matter and they supersede all other things in all arenas. This is why today the temperature will be 90F and FEEL like 109. I know it is hard to believe but there was a time when we didn’t have that added “feels like” thing. It would be 90F outside and that was good enough to tell you to frigging make the lemonade, get out the fans, and possibly set up camp in the basement. Friggin world. Feels like a friggin world anyway. They have GOT to stop complicating everything. Sigh.
OMG! You hit on one of my MAJOR pet peeves!! And my wife thinks I am so foolish to get upset about this...since when does the weather know how I FEEL about a certain temperature??? Just tell me what the temp is, and how fast the wind is blowing, and I will figure out if I need a coat or not. THIS DRIVES ME NUTS and it always has!!!
If only they would! Seems like 'they' are sitting up all night scheming to complicate every single thing, even those things that are already complicated enough - like the weather. Sigh....
