A lot of info for a plan that is supposed to be secret. Which I think is not much of a secret any more. IMHO it is at least from post WWII that politics does not decide anything autonomously or even longer. Democracy, voting is just wishful thinking, politicians do always away with what they promise during campaign. Voting means: "I give you the power to decide for me, whatever you decide I will comply".
I don't know any form of government of a large scale that at least gives a pretence to listening to the people's opinion other than democracy. Small groups are a different story. Proportional representation might be in order. An upgrade to democracy in some form. I can't let democracy die in front of my eyes. It is the loss of such a hope and a dream for so many. It hurts.
