I found the interview more interesting the more it went on. Some "technical" aspect would probably need much more depth to be properly understood and I suppose many aspects or deceiving techniques are used in both dicatatorship and totalitarianism.

Would have apprechiated an example of when in Dr Desmets opinion the Church (supposing it was the Catholic Church) used massformation and to what end.

The conclusion was imho too fuzzy and generic, there might be moretabout it in the book I have not read.

I think it is because people turned away from God that man (as individual and as society) is in the situation we are now, which has it's root far prior to 2020 of course.

...and I think it was because of utter fear for ones life that so many bought into the Cov-narrative. Imho, when as a catholic you believe that death is not the end but a milestone you cannot be afraid, not of Cov anyways.

Tried to listen to Mr Desmet. When I got to his story about the Iranian revolution I had to stop. he said an Iranian mother reported her son to the state and then hung the noose around his neck herself. The vivid image and the animal response it tries to evoke make this feel like emotional programming.
